Chris is a local boy and hails from Cheadle Hulme. He is a City fan through and through and has been at the club since the age of 7, after being spotted by former City plyer Neil Young at one of his soccer schools.

 

He is quite comfortable playing at left back and left midfield, but spent most of the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons playing as a tricky winger for the clubs academy and reserve sides.
