Former City full back Curtis Obeng who is currently at Swansea has joined Fleetwood Town on loan
The 23-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Swans following his move from Wrexham in January.
Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner has raided Manchester City to sign winger Jeremy Helan on a month-long loan deal.
The France Under-19 international is comfortable either on the left wing or at left-back although he is set to feature as a wide man for Town, with his debut likely to come in Saturday's home clash against in-form Colchester.

News broke in the Zagreb press of interest from United and City ,apparently both clubs have detailed dossiers on the youngster and testimonies from trusted local scouts and coaching identities.

Bruma was a summer target of City boss Roberto Mancini as he attempted to sign the player, but was scared off by Sporting’s asking price for the teen, and it looked as if Chelsea would step up their interest as his younger brother Buomesca Tue Na Bangna, better known as 'Mesca',is at Fulham having previously played in Chelsea's youth academy. City have now reportedly made an increased offer for The Portuguese player who has been compared to Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo and is one the hottest youth prodigies across Europe.
Riechedly Bazoer –PSV
Manchester City are chasing PSVEindhoven prospect Riechedly Bazoer.
The 16 year-old is regarded as the best defensive prospect in the PSV youth system and attracting serious interest from City.
However some sources are now declaring the youngster has signed a three year deal with PSV.
Hideke Ishige-Shimizu S Pulse
The eighteen year old is turning the heads of European scouts and the young midfielder has been invited to train with City in Janury 2013 when City may make a formal offer of € 4 million, . Hideke is considered to be one of the greatest hopes of the J League.
CLUB PARTNERSHIPS
· Manchester City could form a partnership with PSV Eindhoven, according to the Dutch club's technical director.
Speaking to Dutch newspaper Brabants Dagblad, PSV technical director Marcel Brands said: "[The idea is to] grant the English club a right of first refusal on interesting players who will then stay with us on loan."
· Any rumoured link up with Belgium side SK Lierse seems to be wide of the mark as Sunderland have just announced a partnership with them.
· Djurgardens chief scout Khaled El-Ahmad has revealed two of their junior players are set for trials with City.The two clubs are now formalising a partnership.
"Two of our young players, Marijan Cosic and Christian Sivodedeov, will train with City in Week 44 (last week of October). Then we'll discuss to take one of their young players," El-Ahmad told fotbollskanalen.se.

Details on the other keeper are a bit sketchy at the moment, but it is believed he is from Ireland
With no scheduled Academy fixtures this weekend, a lot of Academy sides have arranged friendly fixtures. City were no different and travelled to Blackburn Rovers where they recorded a 7-3 win.
The goals came from Greg Leigh, Dominic McHale (2), Devante Cole (2), Serafim Mihaljov and an OG
The Cobblers have signed the highly-rated Manchester City midfield player Emyr Huws on loan until January 5.
Llanelli-born Huws is a former pupil of Rishworth school, has represented his home nation at under-17 level and has had the honour of being made captain.
“Emyr is a player we have watched over the last couple of seasons,” said manager Aidy Boothroyd. He is a very good player and someone who I think will make a big difference to our squad.
“He comes straight into contention for the game against Exeter on Saturday.
“We would like to say thank you to Manchester City. We appreciate the fact they are willing to trust us to help develop one of their young players and we will do just that in the period Emyr spends at Sixfields. Emyr will benefit from being with us, and we will certainly benefit from having Emyr in our squad.”
