It seems certain Recce Wabara is set to join Ipswich Town on loan.

The England youth international, who is yet to make a senior appearance for the City this season, mainly due to injury, is expected to join the Tractor Boys later today, providing the finalisation of some minor details ahead of the proposed emergency loan.

Ipswich manager Paul Jewell is quoted as saying"We're hoping that will get done today. He's an England U20 international, is quick, can play at centre-back but right-back is his preferred position,"
