The son of Slovakia’s national team manager, Vladimir Senior, he settled into England comfortably after being spotted playing in a youth tournament in Belfast. He signed as a 14 year old from Inter Bratislava, hitting the ground running with his pace, trickery, and exceptional dribbling. A regular scorer and provider,

 In taking the next step from the Youth Team, Weiss has been a standout for the Reserves at Man City.  He eventually made his first team debut in the last game of the 2008-2009 campaign coming on as a substitute at home to Bolton Wanderers.
